Choir Notes – December 2021

“It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas”…isn’t that the song going through your head too? I started seeing Christmas decorations as soon as Halloween was over. Some people just couldn’t wait! I keep hoping the reason they couldn’t wait was because they knew the season brings GREAT hope in these sadder days where our daily news is filled with war and unrest. GREAT hope of the coming of our Savior! That is a wonderful reason to start the season early! The choir is gearing up for the Christmas Cantata on Sunday morning December 12th. It is not too late for you to join us. The music is beautiful and not too difficult! Come sing along. At the Hanging of the Greens, the Bell Choir was back in action and sounded great. Many chances for you to join them, as well! Rumor is you don’t have to be a “ding-a-ling” to learn to play! (So sorry, I just couldn’t resist that one!) May you have a blessed season with Jesus’ birth at the center of your celebration. I continue to be thankful and uplifted by this wonderful church family. You all have no idea how wonderful you are!!
