Pre-registration is encouraged by filling out the form and emailing it to office@stjohnum.org , dropping it by the church in the mailbox or mailing it to 2160 Griffith Ave, Owensboro, 42301. OR–call 270-683-6326 and register your child/children then fill out the paperwork on the first day. You may also text 270-316-0709 to sign up.
